But as the sun dips below the horizon on Halloween and Christmas nights, the ordinary transforms into the extraordinary. Like clockwork, the house stirs to life—blinds snap shut, lights extinguish, and the air hums with anticipation. Then, as if summoned by unseen hands, the projection systems ignite, the music swells, and the spectacle begins. A mesmerizing fusion of light, sound, and shadow unfolds—a show like no other. Our Process
Each year the creative pipeline consists of three main stages that transform ideas into captivating visual stories: pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Pre-Production: This is the planning and creativity stage where the creative foundation is laid. It involves brainstorming story ideas, writing scripts, creating character designs, and mapping the visual narrative through storyboards.
- Production: This stage brings the plans to life through animation. Animators create the movement of characters and objects, while artists craft backgrounds and add colors, transforming static designs into dynamic, moving scenes.
- Post-Production: This final stage polishes and refines the animated content. It includes editing, adding sound effects and music, color correction, and incorporating final visual effects to make the finished product ready for viewing.

At BDS Productions, we bring the magic of the holidays to life through breathtaking, high-quality videos designed to spark joy and wonder. Our story began in the heart of the Pandemic, when our founder—a former Disney Imagineer with nearly a decade of experience in enchanting Irving’s children and a local elementary school with festive décor—embarked on a journey to Walt Disney World. Inspired by the boundless creativity of that trip, we transformed our passion into a dazzling spectacle, embracing full HD projection mapping to create immersive holiday experiences. Each year, we unveil fresh, imaginative themes that capture the spirit of the season, turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary realms of festive enchantment.
